IJJ Com Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between IJJ Com ("we", "us", "the platform") and you ("the player", "the user") in connection with your use of the ijj com website and all related services — including sports betting, slot games, live casino, the mobile app, VIP programme and all promotions.

By accessing the ijj com platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account and use the ijj com platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The ijj com platform is strictly for adults. Minors are not permitted to register, deposit or participate in any activity on the platform.
• You must be the person whose details you provide at registration. Opening an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on the ijj com platform. Each person is entitled to one account only.
• You must not be using the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to understand the applicable laws in your location.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to operate a financial account.

IJJ Com reserves the right to request verification of your identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in your account being restricted or closed and any balance within the account being held pending the outcome of the verification process.

3. Account Management

When registering an account at ijj com, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account at ijj com. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device or the same payment details — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ijj com reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. IJJ Com will never contact you asking for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are being used — whether by you or by a third party — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting ijj com support. Any balance remaining in a verified account at the point of closure will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal terms set out in Section 5. IJJ Com also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that breach these Terms or that show signs of fraudulent, abusive or irregular activity.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your ijj com account are made in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page. IJJ Com does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name.

Deposits made in error or by an unverified account may be held pending verification. IJJ Com does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unidentified sources. All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method you have previously used to deposit. IJJ Com does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not associated with a prior deposit on your account.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the ijj com finance team. Processing times vary depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to three business days. 5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

IJJ Com may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or for amounts above certain thresholds. This is a standard process. You will be notified of the documents required and the expected timeline. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests at ijj com:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before the corresponding real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• IJJ Com reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if the account shows signs of irregular activity, pending investigation.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity at ijj com, including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other markets available on the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement & Confirmation

A bet is considered placed and binding once you have confirmed it and received a confirmation from the platform. It is your responsibility to check that all details of your bet — selection, stake and odds — are correct before confirming. IJJ Com cannot amend or cancel bets once they have been confirmed, except in circumstances outlined in Section 6.3.

6.2 Odds & Market Changes

Odds on the ijj com platform are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet. Pre-match odds close once a fixture goes in-play. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and reflect the current state of the match. IJJ Com does not guarantee that any specific odds will be available at any given time.

6.3 Void Bets & Errors

IJJ Com reserves the right to void any bet where:

• An obvious error occurred in the odds or market data at the time of placement.
• A match or event is abandoned, cancelled or significantly altered before the relevant market is settled.
• It is determined that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or as part of fraudulent activity.
• Technical issues affected the integrity of the market or the bet placement process.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your account balance. Winnings derived from voided bets will not be paid.

6.4 Stake Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on the ijj com platform. These limits vary by sport, event type and market. IJJ Com also reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific accounts where betting patterns indicate risk of abuse or market manipulation.

7. Slot Games & Live Casino

All slot games and live casino titles available at ijj com are provided by third-party game providers. The rules, payout percentages (RTP) and mechanics of each game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within each game's information screen.

IJJ Com makes no guarantee of winnings from any slot game or live casino title. All games of chance involve risk and outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. The live casino section uses real dealers and real equipment; however, the outcome of each hand, spin or round is independent of previous rounds.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts per spin or round are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. Game availability may vary and titles may be added, updated or removed from the platform at any time.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

IJJ Com offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion terms.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

8.2 Eligible Games & Markets

Not all games and markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting markets and slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are displayed in the bonus terms for each offer.

8.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited. Please check the promotion terms before opting into any new bonus offer.

9. VIP Programme

The ijj com VIP programme rewards regular players with increasing benefits across multiple tiers. Progression through the VIP tiers is based on your betting and gaming activity on the platform over time.

IJJ Com reserves the right to adjust the VIP tier structure, tier thresholds, tier benefits and individual player tier assignments at any time. 10. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ijj com platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials.
• Attempting to exploit errors in odds, market data or platform software to place bets at incorrect prices.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots or other tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.

• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.

Where fraud or abuse is confirmed, ijj com reserves the right to close the account, void all associated bets, withhold and return any remaining balance to the payment source and refer the matter to relevant financial institutions where required.

11. Responsible Gaming

IJJ Com is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is for entertainment purposes only and is intended for adults who can participate within their personal financial means. We strongly encourage all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income.

11.1 Tools Available

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IJJ Com's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time any claim arises. IJJ Com is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated savings arising from platform unavailability or technical errors.
• Errors or delays in third-party payment processing.
